Terms of Sale

These terms cover buying from Utility at utilitydesign.shop. By placing an order, you agree to them.

What you're buying

Everything in the shop is a digital download. After checkout you land on a page with your download links, and the same links arrive by email. Paid links work for a year. If one stops working, email us and we'll send a fresh one.

What you can do with the files depends on the license you pick. The license page explains each one.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Stripe handles payment, so we never see or store your card number. If sales tax applies where you live, it's added at checkout before you pay.

All sales are final

Because the files are yours the moment you check out and can't be returned, we don't offer refunds if you change your mind or the pack isn't to your taste. The product pages show what's inside each pack, with examples, so please look through them before you buy.

If a file doesn't work

If a download is broken, won't open, or doesn't match its description, email goodsforutility@gmail.com with your order email and what went wrong. We'll fix the file and send you a working copy, or refund the order if we can't.

Updates

When a pack you bought gets new or improved files, you get them at no extra cost. Products added to the shop later are sold separately, including ones that would fit in a bundle you already own.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the shop changes. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
